- Leveling: Leveling up to
12" is included; there is a nominal fee for leveling exceeding 12". Note:
Leveling is accomplished by placing 4" cap blocks on the high part of the building
site and 8" concrete blocks on the low end.

- Support System: Building will
be supported by 3 each 4"x4" pressure treated runners. Said runners are centered
on concrete blocks. Note: Pressure treated lumber has a life expectancy of 40 years.

- Floor Joists: Pressure
treated 2"x4" joists on 8' wide models, 2"x6" joists on models with 8'
sidewalls. Joists are spaced 12" apart; hence, no matter where one stands in the
building, there is ample support.

- Flooring: 1/2" Pressure
treated plywood; upgrade to 3/4" plywood for .65 per square foot.
|
- Studs: Number 2 white wood
spaced on 24" centers.
|
- Top and Bottom Plates: Number
2 white wood. Single top and bottom plates on 10' wide models, double top plates on
12' to 16' wide models.

- Ceiling Rafters:
2"x4" boards on 10' wide models, 2"x6" boards on 12' and 16' wide
models. Number 2 white wood spaced on 24" centers.

- Exterior Siding: Georgia Pacific's premier 5/8" T1-11 exterior
plywood siding (unprimed); has a grooved, cedar texture. Note: Priming,
caulking, and painting are not included.

- Roofing: 7/16" 4'x8'
sheets of OSB (Orient Strand Board) wafer board, the industrial standard.
|
- Eve Board: 2"x6"
white wood front and sides, 2"x4" on back; the configuration permits the shingle
cut to come out even.

- Fascia Board:
1"x4" white wood all sides.

- Shingles: Owen-Corning
Classic shingles, the
professional choice. There are nine colors to accent your selection, ranging from gray to
black and tan to dark brown. Shingles are warranted for 20 years.

- Felt Paper: Felt paper is
an extra charge (see Value Options): shingles do not leak;
hence, felt paper is recommended only as a temporary dry-in if the building is not going
to be shingled right away.

- Trim Boards:
1"x4" white wood.

- Double Doors: Either
48", 60", or 72" wide openings. Extend the width to 8' for only \$84.00. All
doors are reinforced with 2"x4" white wood and mounted on a 6' steel piano
hinge.

locking hasp; two keys are included.

- Ventilation System: Two
each louvered vents.
