THE PIONEER

The The Pioneer, a design as fresh TODAY, as it was when conceived by our forefathers. The four part roof is a handsome design that is sure to please those who are looking for both charm and function. All models are equipped with 40 year pressure treated floors and ventilation.

The Dutch Boy, a Dutch Colonial workshop, home/office or storage building. 16'6" tall, the the latest version 2.0 showcases NEW features, such as, choice of metal or conventional shingled roof. Upgrade your windows and doors, now available. Add an attractive, functional roll up door.
THE DUTCHMAN

The Dutchman sets the highest standard for a Dutch Colonial cabin, garage, workshop or your home/office. Towering 18'6" tall, there is open headroom both up and downstairs. With a choice of metal or conventional shingle roof, upgrades such as, vinyl windows, French doors, and many more choices, yours can be personalized for you.

The Lil' Victorian, Victorian charm, with a modern flair, is a high pitched building design with gracious living in mind.

Detailed features for for our buildings

  • All prices include on-site construction. Home Depot will deliver the lumber and materials prior to construction.
  • Leveling: Leveling up to 12" is included; there is a nominal fee for leveling exceeding 12". Note:  Leveling is accomplished by placing 4" cap blocks on the high part of the ground and 8" concrete blocks on the low end.
  • Support System: Building will be supported by 3 each 4"x4" pressure treated beams. Said beams are elevated from the ground and centered on concrete blocks.  Note: Pressure treated lumber has a life expectancy of 40 years.
  • Floor Joists: Pressure treated 2"x4" or 2"x6" joists, depending on the size of your building, on 12" centers. Wherever you stand in the building, you are firmly supported by a floor joist.
  • Flooring: 1/2" Pressure treated plywood.
  • Studs: Number 2 white wood spaced on 24" centers.
  • Top and Bottom Plates: Number 2 white wood. On  10', and 12' wide models, single bottom plate and single top plate. On 12' models with tall sidewalls and 16' wide models, double top plates
  • Ceiling Rafters: 2"x4" rafters on 24" centers. Number 2 white wood. Note: 2"x6" rafters on 16' wide models
  • Exterior Siding: Georgia Pacific's premier 5/8" T1-11 exterior plywood siding (unprimed); has a grooved, cedar texture. For an additional cost, lap and aluminum sidings are available. Note: Priming, caulking, and painting is not included.
  • Roofing: 7/16" 4'x8' sheets of OSB (Orient Strand Board) wafer board, the industrial standard.
  • Eve Board: 2"x6" white wood front and sides, 2"x4" on back; the configuration permits the shingle cut to come out even.
  • Fascia Board: None
  • Shingles: Owen-Corning Classic shingles, the professional choice. There are nine colors to accent your selection, ranging from gray to black and tan to dark brown. Shingles are warranted for 20 years.
  • Felt Paper: Felt paper is an extra charge (see Value Options): shingles do not leak; hence, felt paper is recommended only as a temporary dry-in if the building is not going to be shingled right away.
  • Trim Boards: 1"x4" white wood.
  • Double Doors: Either 48", 60", or 72" wide openings. Extend the width to 8' for only \\$84.00. All doors are reinforced with 2"x4" white wood and mounted on a 6' steel piano hinge.
  • Door Design: Customize your building by choosing from five Integrity Door Designs. (Call for details)
  • Hasp: Exterior, zinc plated locking hasp; two keys are included.
  • Ventilation System:  All  models are equipped with efficient gable vents.  Up-Grade ventilation systems are available for all models.
  • Painting: All lumber is unprimed. Note: (Priming, caulking, and painting are not included.)
  • Limited Warranty on workmanship and construction.
